Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the ORDER:

More than 7 days
preceding your order date:
you pay 15USD(banking fee +
administration fee)

7 days or Less
preceding your order date:
you pay this much
charge. If your order was for this much then the full amount will be charged.
Any policies dictated by the Owner will always supercede those stated here. In
such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and
completely.
Notes:
# Any cancellation will be confirmed back to you by email from our consultants.
If you do not receive any confirmation of your cancellation request within 48
hours of submittimg it, then please presume that we did not receive your
request and you must resubmit the cancellation.
# If we do not receive any cancellation notification, you will not be eligible
for any refund. To avoid any misunderstandings, we will only accept
cancellation notifications in WRITING.
Cancellation requests must be performed by one of the following methods:
* By using our cancellation form.
* By facsimile.
